We are Britt and Tyler—two Australians drawn to old hotels, quiet corners and buildings with long memories. Cocktails & Cathedrals began as a way to collect the places that made the world feel slower, richer and a little more beautiful.
We are not trying to see everything. We are looking for the places worth remembering.
